Nissan India finally launched the new Nissan Gravite MPV in the Indian market. Based on the facelifted Renault Triber, it gets a few Nissan-specific styling changes and is aimed at buyers who want an affordable, practical three-row option. Interested customers can book the new Gravite online or at their nearest dealership. Deliveries are expected to begin soon. The Triber too is offered in four variants – Authentic, Evolution, Techno and Emotion priced between 5.76 lakh and Rs 8.60 lakh (ex-showroom). The Nissan Gravite is offered in five variants, including a launch edition, while the Renault Triber comes in four variants. The Nissan Gravite is priced Rs 11,000 lower than the Triber at the entry level, but Rs 33,000 higher at the top end.Nissan Gravite vs Renault Triber: Warranty detailsThe new Nissan Gravite will be offered with a standard warranty of 3 years/1 lakh kms, extendable up to a segment-best 10 years or 2 lakh kms. The first 5,000 customers will also qualify for zero service costs for the first five years. The Triber on the other hand gets 3 years/1 lakh kms, extendable upto 7 years or 1.5 lakh kms.
