TDK secures Tokyo E-Prix title sponsorship, joins Formula E as Official Partner

Formula E has partnered with global technology company TDK, a leader in the automotive and mobility industry, as the Title Partner for the Tokyo E-Prix and has also announced it as an Official Partner for the current 2025/26 season. Japan is home to TDK, and the Tokyo E-Prix is set to be a night race this season in July. As an Official Partner of the championship, TDK will have a visible presence for fans at the circuit and those watching around the world through trackside branding and integrated digital and physical touchpoints during race events.

Under the partnership, Formula E and TDK will also provide engineering students with exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the electric racing series. This initiative offers fresh talent a rare look at the cutting-edge technology and engineering defining the future of Formula E. A new digital content series showcasing the synergy between TDK’s advanced technologies and the high-performance world of Formula E will also be launched.TDK will also serve as the Official Partner of Change. Accelerated. Live Tokyo, Formula E’s thought-leadership summit that brings together experts from industry, government, and sport to discuss the future of sustainable mobility and technology.
