She described Jack as “a dream come true.” The couple took to social media to announce their engagement alongside their enchanting pictures from the proposal. She also noted that Jack got blessings from her family, including her son, whom she shares with ex Ethan DeLorenzo.

Jena Malone’s dream came true

In a joint Instagram post on February 1, Jena wrote, “My soulmate asked me to marry him.” Alongside pictures from the proposal, she described Jack Buckley as a “dream come true.”She also noted that Jack got blessings from her two moms, sister, and son, Ode Mountain DeLorenzo Malone, 9, whom she shares with ex Ethan DeLorenzo, adding, “With every lifetime, every moment I have in front of me I said yes.” The 41-year-old addressed Jack, writing, “I love you forever!!!”

Jena Malone expressed her emotions with a poem

The ‘Pride & Prejudice’ actress also included an original poem with her announcement, which referenced the patience she kept while waiting for that “forever” with Jack. “It was always you / Even in those long, dark spaces of my youth,” she shared. “Where I learned to hold my own heart / You were always there / Breathing life into these tiny glimmers of a child’s heart….Love…..Soulmate……Marriage.”

In another photo, Jena Malone smiles while showing off her diamond engagement ring as she wears a black cardigan, brown pants, hiking boots, and a red beret.In the last photo, Buckley appears to hold a bottle of champagne in the back seat of a car as Malone smiles at the camera while holding a heart-shaped red balloon.
